保固條款
RUSA全產品從購買日算起都有一年保修服務,3個月內非人為/外力破壞及產品瑕疵者,免費直接換新;一年內保修,視實際產品狀況,酌收維修費用及運費,但是會先報價給您再確認是否維修。
(RUSA保留因應特殊系列配件停產等狀況使用代替性配件或不提供維修的權利。)
以下狀況恕不在保固範圍內:

經人為不當使用後所造成之損害,例如 :面料破損/刮傷/染劑滲染/化學侵蝕等,拉鍊脫軌/損壞,背帶斷裂,背包破損…等。

一般正常使用對於產品所造成的輕微表面磨損。
我們保留對於設計、材料和規格的變更權,且不具通知任何個人或組織的義務。
若產品在正常使用下發生問題,
請寄送電子郵件至 service@rusa.com.tw 或致電 02-22980280 聯絡RUSA客服中心,
並依指示將問題產品送回檢查。
提醒您請務必保留購買證明且將產品寄返時請儘量使用原始包裝;保固時間以購買發票上時間開始計算,您可以於收到發票後影印或拍照留底供之後保固使用~如您無法提供購買憑證,則視為保固外,將酌收維修費用。
產品的延保條款與有限保固條款遵循相同的原則。我們不支付退換貨之保險費用或任何進口費用和稅金。檢驗過後,若發現是產品材料或生產缺陷,我們將盡最大努力提供免費維修或以相同或等值產品進行更換。
此條款僅適用 RUSA 產品的直接購買者或使用者,不涵蓋二次轉讓或銷售。
RUSA all series has one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within 3 months, if there is any of non-human / external damage or product defects, RUSA would replace a new one for free. For one-year warranty, depending on the actual product status, RUSA will give you a quote of discretionary maintenance costs and shipping costs, you can decide to repair or not. (RUSA reserves the right to use replacement parts or not to repair in response to discontinuation of special series of accessories.)
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by improper use, such as: fabric damage/scratch/dye bleeding/chemical erosion,
zipper derailment/damage, strap broken, backpack broken...etc.
The slight surface wear caused by the normal use of the product. We reserve the right to make changes to designs, materials, and specifications without notice to any individual or organization.
If the product has problems under normal use, Please send an email to service@rusa.com.tw or call the RUSA Customer Center at 02-22980280. And return the problem product to the inspection as directed.
Please remind you to keep the proof of purchase and try to use the original packaging when returning the product. The warranty time starts from the time stated on the invoice when it is purchased. You can copy or take a photo after receiving the invoice, and then use it for warranty. If you cannot provide the proof of the purchase is deemed to be an expired warranty, the maintenance fee will be charged.
The product's extended warranty terms are subject to the same principles as the limited warranty terms. We do not pay for the return of insurance or any import fees and taxes. After the inspection, if it is found to be product materials defects or production defects, we will do our best to provide free repair or replace with the same or equivalent products.
This term applies only to direct purchasers and users of RUSA products, excluding secondary transfers or secondary sales.
